The masterplan was divided in Regional-context Study Phase, Pilot masterplan concept design Phase, Traffic study phase, Masterplan Detail design and plot subdivision Phase, Urban Design Guidelines Phase, Detail Roads and Landscape Design Phase, tender Documents.
The role of AR&P was to coordinate and develop the entire planning, urban design process through all the project Phases, with balanced Team of Key experts in close coordination with Ministry of Finance and the Local partner.
