Zhu Jia Jiao marina & touristic masterplan

The Yacht Wharf Project is based on a careful analysis of the layout and of the identity of the city in order to enhance the city image, in view of a future growth coherent with the history of the city.
Portofino Village has been used as a reference for the design: a sequence of spaces is built around a central square and the yacht wharf.

The waterfront area and the square are conceived to house the visitors, providing a promenade, leisure facilities, and commercial spaces. The surrounding areas are composed by residential districts and public parks.
